Warringah Printmaker Studio was established in 1983 by printmaker/masterprinter Paul Smith on Sydney's Northern Beaches with the help of Warringah Council. It has become well know for the supportive and creative environment and its emphasis on safer printmaking practices.The studio provides a venue for many talented people including established artists through to the many students attending regular classes and workshops. Warringah Printmakers Studio engages in many exciting projects ranging from international exhibitions and exchanges,annual member exhibitions and art fairs. The creative energy generated by the diverse membership committed to producing original prints of high quality ensures the continuance of this community based art centre. |
