Susan Baran is a Sydney based printmaker specialising in photopolymer techniques. She trained at the National Art School and did Post Graduate studies at City Art Institue(now COFA). She is a member of Warringah Printmaker Studio,Primrose Paper Arts and Sydney Printmakers.She has had many exhibitions both solo and group shows throughout Australia and Internationally. Most recently being 'Hot Off The Press' Manly Art Gallery and Museum and 'Diversity' Depot Gallery Sydney. Susan's work is in many collections like Artbank,the National Gallery of Australia and Central Queensland University Art Collection. In March this year she was interviewed by Professor Sasha Grishin for Craft Arts International article 'Profiles in Print'. |
