Room to Print: Prints from the City of Townsville Art Collection and 30@30
Perc Tucker Regional Gallery will celebrate renowned printmakers from
the region in Room to Print, as part of the Gallery's 30th Birthday in
September 2011. Townsville printmaker Tate Adams, who received the Order
of Australia in 2009 and more recently the Inaugural Life Fellowship from
the Australian Print Council, will be exhibited alongside artists including
Judy Watson and Ron McBurnie. The Gallery's Birthday exhibition, 30@30,
showing concurrently will feature prints by John Olsen, George Baldessin,
Sydney Nolan and Dennis Nona, among others.
